Our freeze-drying process removes moisture and creates air bubbles which cause the candy to puff up and explode leaving them 2-3 times their original size! . Removing all of the moisture forces the flavor to become concentrated so this candy is a sour lovers dream!! Lil Lemonheads are made with the small size lemonheads and are great for snacking, party favors, sharing with friends, or gifting to candy lovers!
