After being freeze dried they can be eaten like cheese puffs! Our freeze-drying process removes moisture and creates air bubbles which cause the candy to puff up and explode. Removing all of the moisture forces the flavor to become concentrated! Jollies are perfect for snacking, party favors, sharing with friends, or gifting to candy lovers!

STAY FRESH: Keep out of direct sunlight and be sure to keep the bag sealed properly between snacking to preserve the freeze-dried crunch.
